To Place an Order

Orders may be placed in person, by phone or email.

Payment

At this time, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Certified Cheque, Money order or Bank wire transfer. Payment must clear before items are shipped.

Taxes

Purchases in British Columbia are subject to 7% PST and 5% GST. Purchases anywhere else in Canada are subject to 5% GST. Purchases outside of Canada are not subject to sales tax but may be subject to local duties.

Shipping

By default we ship via UPS Ground. If you require an alternate method of shipping please advise us at time of placing order. Shipping by other means may be necessary due to size of order.

Special Items / Out of Stock Items

While we make every effort to maintain inventory, we may occasionally sell out of a certain item or your special requirements may require placing an order with our factory. Average delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks.

Return Policy

NO RETURNS will be accepted without prior authorization. Only unused items in their original cartons may be returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase. All authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid and will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty

We offer 1 year warranty.
